A traditional Easter staple, this simple but elegant dessert has fresh shredded carrots, toasted walnuts, and warm spices coming together in this tender cake topped with my luscious, melt-in-your-mouth cream cheese frosting. Garnished with handcrafted miniature fondant carrots and even more nuts for extra crunch. Over 12 inches long, this cake serves 8.
