We'll stick around for my demo at 2, 3, and 4pm in Building C at the Alameda County Fairgrounds to learn how to make Chocolate Sauce, Strawberry Sauce, and Salted Caramel Sauce all from scratch. Not only will you get the BEST recipes and tips and tricks from a professional chef, but you'll get a FREE BROWNIE SUNDAE just for stopping in! Starting with my Guittard Dark Chocolate Brownies, topped with Vanilla Ice Cream and a freshly made Sundae Sauce, this is a demo you're not going to want to miss.
Enjoy the sundae, take home the recipe, and stop by my table to buy your own Dark Chocolate Brownies to take home and make your own sundaes! That's not all CakeSpaz is bringing, either!
