Sold Out! at the Alameda County Fair & Special Pastry Demo!

Thank you to everyone who came to my ChefHacks live chef demonstration this past weekend at the Alameda County Fair! CakeSpaz officially SOLD OUT of all our goodies! A HUGE thank you to anyone who supported and tried our treats, and the BIGGEST shoutout to EVERYONE who SPUN! THAT! WHEEL! Gotta love an event where everyone leaves a winner!


My favorite was this little kid who won my legendary BIGGER-THAN-YOUR-HEAD-COOKIE! It was probably a third of his own height! LOL! Brownies were the first dessert to go, followed by the Vanilla Meringue Lollipops (like regular Meringue, but on a stick!), then the Sugar Cookie Dippers (think "Dunkaroos" - sugar cookies with Swiss Meringue Buttercream), and finally the Rice Cereal Treats. All hand-made by me, and worth it when seeing their faces light up as they SPUN! THAT! WHEEL!
