Where sour cherries and Kirsch branded the timeless Black Forest cake, I have used Rainier Cherries sourced from Stockton CA and Maraschino liqueur. Dig into your own piece of forest floor with chocolate cake, cherry compote, decadent dark chocolate ganache, and sprinkled with edible flower petals. This dessert also features handcrafted chocolate twigs and seemingly real dried meringue mushrooms.
These Pineapple Upside Down verrines bring a bright Hawaiian Christmas to you with brown sugar pineapple compote on my brown butter vanilla cake. Garnished with my dried pineapple chips and a cherry on top.
Sticky Toffee Pudding, the classic dessert well loved by all, drapes sweet toffee sauce over a warm earthy cake. In my version a simple vanilla cake is transformed speckled with dates and covered in a rich salted caramel sauce. Topped with my spiced candied pecans, this is one dessert you don’t want to miss!
